					<description><![CDATA[Thank you ArtCritical and Elizabeth Johnson for bringing all these details out so thoroughly.  I guess people will do anything for money.  New York will be less interesting if all the artists can no longer afford to live there.  The city is already in danger because of the outrageous expectations of landlords, of  chasing away artists, dancers, poets  and ordinary people. I don&#039;t want our amazing city to become architecturally boring, full of  streets of glassy enormous file cabinet buildings. RIP Astor Place. 

Also my friend Marjorie Portnow lives at 67 Vestry, I want her to feel safe. It is a wonderful building.]]></description>
