As curator of What A World What A World I appreciate David Brody's thoughtful insight and observations in this review of the show. I do need to point out a small, yet significant understanding of Anna Rosen's piece "Root People". The flower pots were painted by her grandmother and not Ms Rosen directly. Upon her grandmothers death a few years ago, Ms Rosen acquired many of her grandmothers belongings, such as these pots, and other tchotchkes, to use in her own painting and sculpture. The clay figurines (the Root People) in yoga poses inside the sculpture are indeed fashioned by Anna Rosen's own hands. Thank you!
