on view this weekend in the artist’s studio at 68 Jay Street, 7th Floor, one of over a hundred open studios that form part of the Art Under the Bridge Festival organized by the Dumbo Arts Center. The three day festival, from Friday through Sunday, also comprises performances and installations such as Boomtown 2006 by Artcodex about the nexus of art and real estate, Ballooning Awareness, an interactive roaming performance by Jonn Bonafede addressing youngsters on the theme of climate change, Tercet by Angela Silver in which ubiquituous traffic signals are replaced with multi-lingual poetics, and an Eco disco promising a dialogue between nature, technology and culture.
