As the exhibition, Philip Pearlstein Today, continues at Betty Cuningham Gallery on the Lower Eastside, the artist sat down in his studio with artcritical’s Oona Zlamany. The film is dedicated to the artist’s wife, Dorothy Cantor Pearlstein, who passed away recently. Oona, who is artcritical’s youngest contributor, is about to graduate from the Bronx High School of Science.
