Editor’s Pick: Jazz-minh Moore on view at the Lyons Weir Gallery group exhibition, 24/7

Jazz-minh Moore is one of  twenty artists taking part in Lyons Weir’s two venue summer show whose name derives from those venues’ locations, rather than signifying round the clock viewing arrangements.  Each artist has a piece at the two addresses: 542 West 24th Street, between 10th and 11th avenues, and 175 Seventh Avenue, at the NE corner of 21st Street .  The latter, their old address, is now reconfigured as a project room.  Co-exhibitors are gallery artists and also “artists we respect in the community,” as the gallery puts it, which latter category includes veteran neo-pop artist Mark Kostabi.

Reception staggered at both locales Thursday evening, June 9, 6 to 8 on 24th Street and 6 to 9 on Seventh Avenue .
