A passerby this wet and frigid Saturday morning at the corner of Nostrand Ave and Pacific Street in Crown Heights might wish they were in Miami, all the more so if they’re an art aficionado. But the bright lights of a LinkNYC kiosk promises an event that only Brooklyn boasts: The Review Panel (rechristened by WNYC for clarity) this Tuesday evening at Brooklyn Public Library. Openings are thin on the ground here in NYC this weekend with Art Basel Miami sucking up oxygen, but over 30 shows are slated to close, according to our WEEK AT A GLANCE section on THE LIST, including, Saturday, a superb show by Virginia Wagner at Kate Oh Gallery on 72nd Street and the extraordinary duo Tal Gilboa and Elizabeth Stehl Kleberg at The Camera Club of New York on Baxter Street. Time to get on our snow boots.
